Grief touches us all - it’s part of life and love.
But in a world that hurries healing and urges us to move on, it can feel like you're grieving alone, or
like you’re doing it wrong or missing a “stage”.
Here, there’s no timeline. No right way. No need to rush.
This is a place to slow down, feel what’s true, and begin to carry your loss with care - not judgment.

I can help you find a way forward so you can grieve fully and live fully
Welcome. I’m sorry you have cause to be here, but I am glad you’ve found me.
Grief is universal and yet we are most often unprepared for its impact on our lives.
I can help you navigate the pain of loss, whether it's the death of a loved one or the unseen grief that can come from life not unfolding as expected.
This work is rooted in both my professional training and lived experience.
Becoming a grief coach is a tribute to those I have loved and lost.
Love and grief are forever intertwined—neither ever truly leaves us.
I am the person I wish I had to guide me through the world of grief.
Here, there’s no expectation to "move on" or fit grief into stages.
The goal is not to fix your grief.
Instead, grief is honored, witnessed, and met with care.
Each session is client-led, compassionate, and a safe place for difficult emotions.
