Mindful Grief Coaching for Life After Loss
Compassionate grief support to allow you to grieve fully and live fully
In a world that hurries healing and urges us to move on, it can feel like you’re grieving alone,
Welcome. I’m sorry you have reason to be here, but I am grateful our paths have crossed.
Grief is unavoidable and yet we are most often unprepared for its impact on our lives.
Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one or grieving a life that has shifted course -
you don’t have to walk this path alone.
Why I Became A Grief Coach:
I became a motherless daughter at the age of 10.
That early loss has shaped me - teaching me what it means to carry absence,
to be curious about grief over time, and to still find ways
to live with meaning and joy.
My approach is grounded in both professional training and personal experience.
Becoming a grief coach is my way of honoring those I’ve loved and lost.
It’s my way of saying: their stories matter. Yours does too.
I offer the kind of support I wish I’d had after my mother died.
This work is my way of honoring the pain, the love, the longing, the resilience.
My work with Clients:
I believe the pain of grief lessens when shared and validated. Learning about grief
can open our hearts to continue our connection with those we have lost.
I offer a quiet, steady space for you to share your story. No fixing. No rushing.
Just room to grieve in your own time, your own way.
Here, there’s no expectation to “move on” or fit grief into stages. Grief simply isn’t linear.
Each session is client-led, compassionate, and a safe place for difficult emotions.
Together, grief is honored, witnessed, and met with care.
Grief is not a detour from life; it’s part of how we live it.
Although grief is a normal response, it is not an easy path.
We can all benefit from support along the way.

What Clients Have Said
“Karen is an amazing coach who combines empathy with a warm, caring presence as she helps her client navigate the stormy waters of grief and loss. I would highly recommend working with her as a bereaved person, or anyone wrestling with strong emotions. Karen can hold space for her client exceptionally well, while also nudging them ever so gently toward growth.”

"Karen coached me around grief. After our six sessions together, I felt that I had developed some solid ways of continuing the relationship with my son who died in 2020. She helped me come up with ways to remember him, honor him, and essentially, continue to grieve his death, which is something that I will be doing throughout the rest of my life."

"Even the smallest steps make a difference in moving forward. That is a lesson I personally experienced in working with Karen and is a lesson that I find myself using regularly now."
